Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer: UPS Ground (3-7 business days), UPS 2-Day, and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping may apply to qualifying orders, typically sent via UPS Ground.

Processing and Delivery

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Delivery time depends on your shipping choice and address Estimates provided at checkout.
We currently ship within the 50 United States only.
No expedited Saturday delivery at this time.

Important Notes

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Reasons for delay may include weather or carrier issues.
Processing time is 1-2 business days, excluding federal holidays.
Some items may have restrictions (oversized, flammable, etc.) impacting shipping methods and costs.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO, or P.O Boxes may have longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a shipping notification email with a tracking link. Save this email until your order arrives.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Products must be new and unused to be eligible for a return.
You have the option of receiving store credit as soon as the return is received in our warehouse, or a full refund to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive your return.
You can ship the items you are returning to our warehouse using your favorite shipping method:

Shipping of returns is not covered by Alcance Pro, unless if we made an error with the order.
Shipping fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We'll cover the shipping cost if we made an error with the order.
Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Closeout cannot be returned.
Please report any shipping problems (missing, damaged, or incorrect items) within 72 hours of receiving your order.
